Bending Tool Storage

These heavy duty bending tool storage cabinets are designed to protect your dies and punches while making them easily accessible, and also optimizing storage capacity. With a variety of storage cabinets, you are sure to find one that suits your needs. There are stationary and rolling cabinets available.

VTZ:

The VTZ (vertical tool zone) cabinet makes it possible to store a large capacity of tools while taking up a small floor area. With the ability to adjust the shelf heights the cabinets are sure to fit your tools. The shelves can be adjusted in 3/4″ increments. As well, each shelf can support up to 250LBS.

The universal tool trays can store dies and punches flat, amount a variety of other tools. Also has a 4 3/16″W surface in the center for storing tools.

The VTZ is also available in 4, 5, and 6 drawer.

The adjustable trays can store dies and punched upright, can be adjusted to fit most tool tangs. It includes a fixed central part and two adjustable parts on the side. By loosening the screws it can be adjusted from 0.500″ to 0.878″. As well, has perforations where tools can be clipped.

There are two versions of the VTZ available:

10 (1.0) : Recommended for American-type tools. Hollow depth: 1.030″
15 (1.5) : Recommended for European, Wilson WT, Wila NS, Trumpf type tools. Hollow depth: 1.468″

R Cabinet:

The R cabinet is ideal for storing tools of larger sizes and weight. Extra structural partitions can be added for extra support as well. Available in stationary and mobile. The R cabinets include reinforced drawers for added support. Also, the R cabinets come with the option of adding a top, the top can be from a variety of materials as shown below.

Change Carts:

Change carts are ideal carts for tools that may need to be changed daily, they have a wider front base to ensure proper stability. Additionally, the top has a heavy duty laminated top and a tool tray.

Two versions of change carts available :

02 (1.0) : Recommended for American-type tools. Hollow depth: 1.030″.
01 (1.5) : Recommended for European, Wilson WT, Wila NS, Trumpf type tools. Hollow depth: 1.468″.

Accessories Available:

In addition to the different types of cabinets available there is also a variety of accessories available. Which include, extra partitions, rubber mats, and adjustable bending tool trays.

The extra partitions are reinforced to prevent buckling under the weight of the tools, as well, are designed to hold tools upright.

Rubber mats are 1/8″ thick and made from black neoprene. They are made to sit at the bottom of drawers or in between partitions, designed to protect tools and items that sit at the bottom of the drawers.

Lastly, the adjustable bending tool trays are designed to hold tools upright. Also can be adjusted to fit most tool tangs, with multiple depths and widths available they can fit into any drawer.
