Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking is constructed from high tensile structural steel components for added strength and better protection from damage, abuse, or impact in even the harshest warehouse environment. This type of racking system is perfect for both commercial and industrial applications. All cantilever racking systems can be either powder-coated for standard indoor use, or powder-coated with UV resistant coating and galvanized for outdoor applications.

• Ideal for storage of lumber, steel channels, pipes, tubes, plywood and steel plates and items of long length or irregular shape
• Powder-coat finish, standard for indoor use or powder coated with U.V. resistant coating
• Can be galvanized for external use
• Can be engineered for use as rack supported buildings

This type of racking system is specifically designed to handle a wide variety of products, especially long and irregular shaped products, by providing unrestricted front access for lift truck forks. Cantilever racking systems provide flat or tapered arms for easy loading. Combined with columns acting as backstops for products and flue space for sprinklers and water penetration. All cantilever racking systems feature base legs for stability and to keep products off the floor. As well as bolted arms that are designed to bolt on one or both sides of the column, providing easy conversion from single to double-sided units. The bolted arms for this product are adjustable on 4″ centres and are available in a variety of styles and capacities.
