SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If ordering on a weekend, orders will be processed starting Monday, except on statutory holidays. Orders may not be shipped, or delivered, on weekends or holidays as some shipping services are closed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Policy

When you receive an order from Commander, it is your responsibility to inspect the content of all boxes and sign on the waybill mentioning any damages, shortages, etc.

On prepaid or prepaid/add shipments (Commander has charged you freight):

  • When a waybill is signed damaged or short, you have 5 business days to advise Commander. Once the information on damage or shortage is received, Commander will ship replacements parts free of charge (merchandise and freight).
  • When a bill is signed clear and merchandise is damaged or short (concealed damaged), you have 2 business days to advise Commander. In such case a reasonable assessment of the shipment will be reviewed by Commander, and product may or may not be replaced free of charge.
  • If there is concealed damage and Commander is not advised within 2 business days, you will be responsible for all replacement costs and freight.

On collect and 3rd party billing shipments (Shipments with your freight carrier):

  • If the merchandise is damaged or short, it is your responsibility to claim damage or short shipment with your carrier.

Return Policy

Standard Stock Products:

If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and may be subject to a restocking / handling fee. Commander inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Shipping and charges are non-refundable for all returns.

All returns require an Return Merchandise Authorization number which must be arranged in advance.

Certain Products are Non-Returnable and/or Non-Cancelable:

Some products may be deemed non-returnable, non-cancelable, specifically products that are made to order or not stocked in our warehouses. Contact customer service for a complete list of applicable products.
