The vertical lift module (VLM) is an automated storage and retrieval system which allows for density and productivity to be optimized. Using two tray towers (one in the front and one in the back) along a central elevator, trays are extracted quickly and presented at an ergonomic height for the operator. The VLM’s vertical design saves up to 85% of your floor space, and utilizes a user-friendly retrieval system for raw materials.

With automatic height detection, the VLM can accurately measure the amount of storage space required by each tray and perform calculations to find the optimal storage location. The VLM also features a user friendly interface which allows you to be in total control of your inventory; pick and stock item lists, integrate with your ERP system, run reports from a connected PC, and includes remote access for service diagnostics.
