Machining Tool Racks
These machining tool racks are heavy duty and made to be customizable to your needs. The tool racks ensure optimum organization while also protecting your tools. With stability even in an upright position, the machining tool rack is made of PVC. Which protects against corrosion, blows, and spattering. Also, it allows coolant drainage and limits surface contact with the tools. In addition to organization, the rack allows for tool labeling so you can fid your tools with ease.
With adaptability and organization at the forefront, all of these options are designed to optimize your time. Along with keeping tools clean and protected. Machining tool racks utilize vertical space to give you more floor space.
Shelving:
The spider shelving system is compatible with the machining tool rack. In sizes 30″W x 24″D, 36″W x 18″D, and 36″W x 24″D with NC51 adapters you can easily add the machining tool rack to pre-existing shelves.
WM Uprights:
The uprights install in 28″W and 34″W WM11, WMA, and WM35 fries with the NC50 adapters.
R Cabinets:
The machine tool racks are compatible with the following RF31/RF32/RF33/RF34/RF35/ RF36 modular drawers: 30″W × 21″D, 36″W × 18″D, 30″W × 24″D, 36″W × 24″D, 30″W × 27″D with NC54 adapters
Tekzone Hutch and MultiTek Cart:
The tool rack attaches to the rear utility panels at the desired height of the TekZone Hutch. The 23″W version can be install by using the RV11 uprights on the MultiTek Cart.
Mini Racking:
PVC decks for mini racking levels available for 48″W, 60″W, 72″W. NC33 and NC34.
R2V Cabinets:
Installs in 24″D and 27″D RL31 drawers. Two wide racks can be placed in 11″W drawers and wider.
VTZ Cabinets:
Compatible with 44″D NC60 drawers and wider.
