Bar Stock VLS
The bar stock vertical lift system (VLS) is extremely versatile, as it is able to accommodate a variety of sizes and applications. Cartridges can hold linear objects like bar stock, pipes, and beams. With the ability to be customized with molds for specific applications such as press brake dies, your material storage will remain effective, organized, and safe.
- Automatic controls featuring drawer selection
- Emergency stops are located at the left and right of the tower
- Overload sensing returns the lift to the home position when activated
- Access restriction provided by fencing around the perimeter and light curtains prevent access during operation
- Process brake and redundant brake engaged with the safety system
- Each drawer is individually locked in place until released by the elevator
