Arc’teryx Opens New ReBird Service Center in New York with help of Commander Warehouse Equipment

Arc’teryx, an outdoor sports gear provider from North Vancouver, BC, opened an innovative retail and service center that will allow its clientele access to retail sales for new, used, and upcycled goods along with complimentary on-site services such as product care and education, technical wash services, DWR renewal, and product repairs.

The center is part of Arc’teryx’s ReBird program, which champions the company’s commitment to sustainability through upcycling, resale, and proper care and repair for products. Commander Warehouse provided a custom-curated selection of display and workstation products in order to help make this endeavour possible.

A variety of in-store repairs and tutorials will be possible using Rousseau brand workstation equipment.

After Arc’teryx engaged Commander Warehouse Equipment for this task, it was decided that Rousseau brand equipment would best suit the needs of the new facility. Utility panels, workstations, carts, R-cabinets, and other Rousseau products were outfitted and shipped to New York to be implemented in the ReBird Center. The facility is an excellent example of the level of support and service that the Commander Warehouse Equipment team is capable of providing.

Parts and supply inventory storage ready for techs and customers to use.
