The biggest event for the oil sands community is almost upon us: the Oil Sands & Conference. This event provides a great opportunity for oil sands professionals to interact with various types of businesses and to explore many unique products that could be beneficial to their industry. The Commander Warehouse team is excited to take part in this year’s event, and we hope to see you there.
Since 1985, the Oil Sands Trade Show & Conference has been a gateway for the oil sands community to connect to different businesses that offer products for the industry. The trade show works to bring industry professionals face-to-face with over 400 exhibitors and service companies that get to show off their newest technologies, products, and services. The Oil Sands Trade Show & Conference is considered the largest gathering of oil sands professionals in the world, and is the perfect place for ideal networking opportunities for any business. Exhibit space at the largest gathering of oil sands professionals in the world is always in high demand, which means that there are always a wide variety of different products to explore.
This year, the Oil Sands Trade Show & Conference will take place in the Suncor Community Leisure Centre, with over 85,000 square feet of exhibit space, 400 exhibitors, and more than 3,900 people registered to attend. This event even has an international scope, with representation from 12 different countries, offering different global perspectives.
Oil Sands Trade Show & Conference 2017 offers a series of new seminars that are being offered on the trade show floor, which will highlight all of the latest technologies and services being offered. Exhibitors will get to present their case studies and explain how their products and services can benefit the oil sands industry.
The conference portion of Oil Sands Trade Show & Conference 2017 features the main topics of tracking and efficiency analysis, energy efficiency, new maintenance regimes, and greater resilience/operating efficiency. Topics for the conference can also be requested, and so far the requested topic list includes digital oil sands, environmental solutions, mining, production optimization, uplifting, blending, solutions, and work safe procedures, and turnaround and maintenance.
