Overhead Door Track Protector
Overhead door track protectors are a vital addition to every warehouse, with the everyday use that overhead doors see it is important to keep them protected and operational. Overhead doors, which are installed on most docks, run along a thin metal track that can easily be bent or broken.
With steel thicknesses of 1/8” (10ga), 3/16” (7ga), 3/8”, and 1/4″ they are heavy duty and can withstand impacts. They have a 7” projection from the wall mounting surface which gives room for the track to move easily while also leaving room to be worked on for regular maintenance. L-shaped floor mounting plates for extra resistance to impact (9” wide and 8” projection), or no floor mounting plates for easier installation. Additionally, there are optional anchor kits – the wall flange and floor plate are drilled for 1/2″(13mm) anchors. Which are available as standalone or as part of a track protector set kit.
